I voted yes, because I think that there should be options. There is no women's division, so without tag-teams it's singles or nothing. I don't particularly want to handle a team though, as TK, much like RJ is a lone wolf and I feel I've got my hands full with him

Seeing as everyone has done detailed feedback this week... guess I'll do it too
![]() Scene One My seg so no comment, am glad you all seem to like it though! Match One Good match considering we don't know that much about either guy yet... shame about the no show but it happens I suppose. Scene Two I LOVE uneasy alliances between faces and heels, so this seg along with the Cog's shenanigans growing up on me kinda hit all the bases... loved it! Scene Three Not a huge fan of PURE comedy characters, to me it works as an edge to a character not as a full on focal point. Case in point I LOVED X-Corp but not-so much Showtime, its kinda why it took me a while to warm to The Cog, not that he is out and out comedy just WEIRD! Match Two Good match, congrats on going 3-0 dude Scene Four Loved this segment, its nice to see Pat back on track! Scene Five PEPIN!!! Nuff said! ![]() Match Three Loved the heels trying to avoid their feud partners, very good tag match! Scene Six One word: Brutal! Scene Seven Amazing stuff, its almost a pity that these guys are going to go their own ways after MD... and Loshismo, the WWA isn't on TV, its a webcast nowadays (part of the gimmick as it were) Scene Eight Good PPV build up, unique because it didn't feature one of the guys involved in the feud... Match Four Well I wrote the match, but the seg after was amazing! Even though I knew it was coming! As for if its Hendrick or Hendricks... meh ![]() =================== What did you like? EVERYTHING... and it was on time! What did you not like? Echoing Matt... I want to know who the sixth is! Best Match/Moment Clockwork Corner Top Face Rachel Beckett Top Heel Cog MVP Hmmm.... Becket I guess! Overall Thoughts ULTIMATE GLORY!!! [/quote] |

For me, its official. RRR is the WORST game of 2010 so far I wouldn't go that far, but it CERTAINLY is overrated. I heard Naughty Bear is MUCH worse. |

Scene One: Unsure Insure - I really like this angle for Jack. I think it's something different in this world of insanity and injuries and death-defying stunts: somebody has to watch over these maniacs! I thought it was a very humorous segment, also, as the insurance agents start off with obvious questions before dropping the REAL demand. Very well done, and puts into serious doubt the match later!
Match One: Losh Vs. Drab - I certainly wouldn't want to get hit with the Roulette Wheel, that's for sure. That's a big chunk of man flying at you with intent to kill. The ending was a bit awkward to read in its wording, for me at least, but still a solid match. Scene Two: Party Invite - In answer to your question, Chris (Bagwell), I wrote this segment as well as the Clockwork Corner in their entirety. While I appreciate your compliments, I don't think Troy and Colby would be too happy if I wrote for their characters every week! And yeah, it came out a bit awkward at the end because I was blazing through it as quickly as I could as I only had about an hour to get both segments done from scratch. My bad. ![]() Scene Three: RRRRAAAWWWRRR - Glorious in its simplicity and effectiveness masked as pointlessness. I laughed nonstop through pretty much the whole segment. Keep up the good work, Jason! Match Two: Curtis Vs. Mystery - Well-earned victory for the Mysterious Stranger. And a nasty finish with Drabble drabbling all over poor Curtis. Line of the match, for some reason: Quote Denrol: I like this guy. Jack: You like him using a chair on an innocent wrestler? Denrol: Yeah! Totally random, but Denrol's frankness there made me laugh. Scene Four: Peter Parkour - I liked the premise of the segment, but it ran a bit long for me. Plus, I'm not sure if it was done on purpose, but reading Denrol say, "Where you at?" was a bit jarring. Scene Five: Facts is Facts - Ouch. This segment hurt ME in its meanness. Quote Not a clown who beats off while high on marijuana and then goes home and smashes his wife's face in. Wowzers. That's vicious. Match Three: Two White Dudes Vs. A White Dude and a Black Dude - Aw, a draw. Well, all four guys worked hard, so I can't complain too much. Solid match-up. Scene Six: Recap the Decap - A very brutal and necessary scene. As I believe I said with last week's show (or maybe I thought it; don't remember if I actually typed it), this is a good way to get n00bs up to speed with the whole Copeland/EVD feud. Plus, it was a vile exchange, and I don't mind reading it again. Scene Seven: Clockwork Cockatoo - Said my piece above. This turned out a bit rushed also, because it WAS rushed, but I'm pleased with it. I love writing as Cog. Scene Eight: Do the Dew - WHAT DRINK DID EDDIE GET, DAMMIT, RAY! I WANT TO KNOW! A very good and emotional segment, and the battle of similes at the beginning was wonderful. Am I just dense, because I didn't understand the deal with the token. Is that a reference to No Country for Old Men? That would be awesome if it was, but I doubt it. And Eddie doesn't sparkle, and this is a good thing. Main Event: Lots of Dudes that Don't Like Each Other - Great idea that Jack can't get out there for the start because he's still battling wills with his insurance company. Match was very solid and enjoyable. And good job on the commentary with Jaymz, Jack! Very good work! And for the final segment, it was brilliantly done. I like TK finally getting his hands on Bagwell, as the image made me laugh. Beckett really laid down the law, as it needed to be finally laid down on these knuckleheads. Awesome work. I may or may not know which man is "raising the bar"... But I won't tell one way or the other! What did you like? Once again, pretty much everything turned out really well. If this continues into Meltdown, we've really got something going here. Excellent work. What did you not like? Not much, again. Nobody no-showed, right? I might be wrong there. Keep it up if I'm right, though! Best Match/Moment: Probably either the Pepin ad or the Mystery interview. Funny stuff! Top Face: Hmmm. I'll go with EVD for getting out some of that frustration, even though it was mostly through words. Top Heel: Another hmmm. Pepin, even though he wasn't even visible this week. Nicely done. MVP: Beckett for the blockbuster announcement. Seriously, nobody else could POSSIBLY be this. Overall Thoughts: Pffft. See all of the above! ![]() |

Having played it just long enough to cross the river and do two missions (thats not spoilerish is it?)
I am enjoying it alot, however... one thing annoys me, in its current state, sandbox games aren't really as open and free as they would have you believe. This game is leading to ONE ending, dunno what it is yet but I can guess parts of it; now a true "do it your own way" should have dozens of endings or more to the point... no ending; it has however improved on GTA in that my actions to some degree affect the way the world saw me... in GTA it was established that you are a crook and there is no other way to play the game, off the top of my head there was only one moment when you get to choose wether someone lives or dies. I should be able to walk into the police station and become an informer, and then if my gang members get suspicious they might put a tail on me so that the next time I report in they are there to surprise me when I come out but if I can play it enough, not raise any alarm bells then the more I play the game the story adapts revealing that an old leader has been arrested and a new guy has taken over and is going to run things differently. In terms of Red Dead, some examples are... I should be able to choose wether or not to give up the quest to find Williamson and settle down with Bonnie on her ranch OR Kill Bonnie and her father and take over their ranch by force, and play that out for a while, make some money running a ranch OR If someone dies on a mission that would end the mission (say on one of the numerous cart escorts) then in the big moment before the river crossing (if I choose to follow that story option) they shouldn't be present and the story changes accordingly OR Kill the marshall and assume his role... you get the idea, anything I want to do should be possible and the game should adapt to that rather than putting a bounty on my head, and then when I am arrested/killed having the game reset any important NPCs who died. Everyone should be a possible ally or enemy, I should be able to talk to everyone and they each have their own personality (done by them being give a random selection of character traits), everyone should be a potential love interest for the main character in one of these games... if I want to pursue a relationship with a married woman, then her husband should come to "deal with me" and I can choose to kill him or back down... and the world changes around that decision... hell if I want to make a gay cowboy and trot upto Brokeback Mountain, THAT should be an option to me. A true sandbox game needs to include: A core but ultimately optional main story A deep conversation system, where what I say changes peoples opinions of me (Mass Effect, Dragon Age) The ability to go anywhere, talk to anyone and do what I want but have it actually change the world. (Kinda like in Fallout and Elder Scrolls where you can trip yourself up by killing a storyline character) It in essence needs to be a really deep RPG... otherwise their time would be better spent creating an amazingly compelling linear story, with compelling gameplay, fantastic characters and acting, in other words unless a world truely feels boundless and what I do affects things (kinda like a deeper Fallout) then perhaps it would be better to focus on making a game that resembles a Western or Ganster version of Uncharted. |

Before putting his wife in a crippler Crossface, Benoit got disqualified from the 2000 king of the ring for a chair shot... an event which MACHO MAN (KING) RANDY SAVAGE had previously won.
